Returns and Refund Policy

1. INTRODUCTION

 

Items returned must be in a new and unused condition and are the responsibility of the customer until they are received by The Head Shop Rapid City.  If you return a damaged or incorrect item, you will receive an in-store credit upon receiving the item back to our warehouse. 

 

Please note that all items must be returned in a new and unused condition.  If we receive items back that have been used, you will not be refunded. 

 

2. DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS

 

In the unlikely event that an item shipped to you is found to be damaged or defective, send an image of the item along with a description of the issue, your name, and order number to sales@theheadshoprc.com within one week of receipt.  Once The Head Shop Rapid City receives the email and image, further instructions will be provided, which may depend on the item(s) value(s).  If instructions include the item(s)’ return, The Head Shop Rapid City will provide a pre-paid shipping label for use.  Once the item(s) are received back by The Head Shop Rapid City, a store credit will be issued within 24 hours.  If you'd still like to receive the product(s), you will need to place a new order.

 

Important:  All items are quality checked before leaving the warehouse.  Please fully inspect your item before use for any damage in transit, as items will not be replaced or credited after use. 

 

3. INCORRECT ITEMS

 

While The Head Shop Rapid City takes care to ensure that our customers receive the correct items, mistakes can occasionally occur.  If you find that you have received the wrong product(s), we will replace them with the correct item(s) at no charge.  Please send an image of the item(s) along with a description of the issue, your name, and order number to sales@theheadshoprc.com within one week of receipt.  Once The Head Shop Rapid City receives the email and image, further instructions will be provided, which may depend on the item(s) value(s).  If instructions include the incorrect item(s)’ return, The Head Shop Rapid City will provide a pre-paid shipping label for use.  Once the item(s) are received back by The Head Shop Rapid City, the replacement item(s) will be shipped out within 24 hours.

 

Important:  Please inspect your item before use to ensure you received the correct item, as items will not be replaced or refunded after use. 

 

4. UNWANTED ITEMS

 

The Head Shop Rapid City does not accept returns for unwanted items.  All sales are final except for customer receipt of damaged/defective items or incorrect items, as described above. 

 

5. CHANGES TO THE RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

As stated above, we will make changes to this Returns and Refund Policy from time to time. It is our custom to provide notification on this page when we make material changes. The date that this Returns and Refund Policy was last revised is identified at the top of the page. You are responsible for ensuring that you periodically visit our site(s) or Service(s) and this Returns and Refund Policy to check for any changes.
